Coaching Cohort (Beta)
For young people who aspire to pastoral work, the road is ambiguous, the task is complex, and training is outdated, out of touch, or out of reach. What is needed is a community, a coach, and a framework for growing into a pastor ready for the challenges of leading in our complex world.
This is the training I wish I had at twenty-two.
Join a Paideia Cohort in which you and a group of peers receive bi-weekly 90-minute group coaching through the Paideia Framework. This includes:
The Soul
The Mind
The Body
The Social Life
The “Why” of Pastoring | A Theological Framework
Ancient Duties
Modern + Future Skills
Each session is 90 minutes in length over Zoom. We roughly break each session up into three parts:
30 minutes - Community | Connection Time to Celebrate Progress and Empathize with Obstacles
30 minutes - Content | Based on the Framework and the Accompanying Curriculum
30 minutes - Coaching | Action Steps
Enroll for either the Monday morning (7 AM) cohort or the Saturday morning (8 AM) cohort.
