Paideia Coaching Cohorts offer all three. You receive a playbook for pastoral development, a mentor to guide you, and a group of peers to encourage you in your pastoral journey. You will develop the mindset and competencies necessary for healthy pastoring.

Work of the Watchmen: What is going on in the culture around us? Postmodernism, identity, crumbling ideologies. This workshop will provide clarity in how to make sense of the times we are in.
The Pastoral Imagination Crisis: What is the work of a pastor? Unfortunately, there are deficient portraits that shape our modern understanding of pastoral work. This workshop will expose those portraits and substitute them with a better, more ancient vision.
The Paideia Framework: The need for developing future church pastors is immense. But how do we develop future pastors with the competencies essential for leading in our ever-changing world? The Paideia Framework is a map for developing future church leaders.
